ISHWAR- KbH Mission - 2015-16 was conducted from 26th Dec, 2015 to 06th Jan, 2016. It was held in two different locations i.e. Pune (Maharashtra) and Srinagar (J&K). The following hospitals in the two cities were selected and agreements to that effect were signed with their managements. 3. Sancheti Instituite for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Pune. 4. Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar. These places were visited well before hand to tie up all arrangements. Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar :- Pre- Screening in Srinagar Selection of patients for surgeries was conducted and first phase (Screening) was carried out on 31st Dec – 01st Jan, 16. Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 02nd Jan – 04th Jan. 16 at Khyber Medical Institute.

ISHWAR- MCH-KbH Mission – 2015 (summer) was conducted from 25th July to 04th August 2015. It was held in three different locations i.e Leh, Kargil and Srinagar. The following hospitals in the three cities were selected and agreements to that effect were signed with their managements.:- SNM Hospital, Leh. Kargil District Hospital, Kargil. Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar These places were visited well before hand to tie up all arrangements. Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar :- Pre- Screening in Srinagar Selection of patients for surgeries was conducted and first phase (Screening) was carried out on 01 July, 2015. Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 02nd – 4th August, 2015 at Khyber Medical Institute.

It was held in three different locations i.e Faridabad, Kargil and Srinagar. The following hospitals in the three cities were selected and agreements to that effect were signed with their managements:- Sarvodaya Hospital & Research Centre, Faridabad Kargil District Hospital, Kargil Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar:- Pre- Screening in Srinagar Selection of patients for surgeries was conducted and first phase (Screening) was carried out on 03 July, 2014. Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 20th – 24th July, 2014 at Khyber Medical Institute.

Location: Srinagar, Khyber Medical Institute 27th -29th December 2013 ISHWAR MCH – KbH Mission, 2013- 2014 was conducted from 27th Dec.2013 to 5th Jan.2014. It was held on three different location i.e Srinagar, Pune and Cuttack. The following hospital in three cities selected:- Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar, J & k Sancheti Hospital , Pune Sun Hospital Private Limited, Cuttack Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar, J & k Pre- Screening in Srinagar Selection of patients for surgeries was Conducted. First phase was carried out from 23rd Dec. 2013. 1. Screened and listed for final screening for surgeries 09 Patients 2. Registered and measurement taken for orthotic fitments 09 Patients

Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 27th to 29th Dec.2013.at Khyber Medical Institute.

ISHWAR MCH – KbH Mission, 2012-13 was conducted from 28th Dec.2012 to 7th Jan.2013. It was held on three different location i.e Pune, Srinagar and Faridabad. The following hospital in two cities selected:- Sancheti Hospital , Pune Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar, J & k Sarvodaya Hospital , Faridabad Pre- Screening in Srinagar Selection of patients for surgeries was carried. First phase was carried out from 21st Dec. 2012. Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 01st Jan.2013 to 2nd Jan.2013.at Khyber Medical Institute.
