ISHWAR- MCH-KbH Mission – 2015 (summer) was conducted from 25th July to 04th August 2015. It was held in three different locations i.e Leh, Kargil and Srinagar. The following hospitals in the three cities were selected and agreements to that effect were signed with their managements.:- SNM Hospital, Leh. Kargil District Hospital, Kargil. Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar These places were visited well before hand to tie up all arrangements. S.N.M Govt. Hospital, Leh :- Pre- Screening Program Selection of patients for surgeries was conducted and first phase (Screening) was carried out on 24th July 2015.

Final Corrective Surgeries Final surgeries were carried out from 25th -26th July, 2015 and Cast removal was carried out on 26th July, 2015 at SNM Hospital, Leh.

ISHWAR MCH – KbH Mission, 2013 was conducted from 16th Aug to 25th of August, 2013. It was held on three different location i.e Faridabad , Leh and Pune. The following hospital in three cities selected:- Sarvodaya Hospital, Faridabad S.N.M Govt. Hospital, Leh Sancheti Hospital, Pune S.N.M Govt. Hospital, Leh :- Pre- Screening Program Selection of patients for surgeries was conducted and first phase (Screening) was carried out on 03rd Aug. 2013 1. Screened and listed for final screening for surgeries 05(1 Bil) Patients 2. Registered and measurement taken for orthotic fitments 02 Patients

ISHWAR MCH – KbH Mission, 2012 was conducted from 28th Aug to 4th of Sep, 2012. It was held on two different location i.e Srinagar and Leh. The following hospital in two cities selected:- Khyber Medical Institute, Srinagar, J & k SNM Hospital , Leh, J & K Pre- Screening Program Screening of Patients for surgery and for Orthotic fitment was carried out on 6th & 7th of Aug, 2012. 1. Screened and listed for final screening for surgeries 05 Patients 2. Registered and measurement taken for orthotic fitments 06 Patients Final Fitments/Corrective Surgeries: Final surgeries were carried out from 1st to 2nd Sep, 2012 in Leh at SNM Hospital, Leh.
