ISHWAR Society had conducted Artificial Limb/Caliper Fitment Camp in Faridkot on 8-9 Jul.2011 organised with the support of Red Cross Society, Faridkot. Mr. Umesh Chandra Branch Manager, Ludhiana was In-Charge of the Camp. A total of 27 physically challenged were registered for fitments. Their assessment and measurements had been already taken on 27 May 2011. On 08 Jul.2011, Dr. Tarundeep Kaur, IAS, District Commissioner, Faridkot graced the occasion. She addressed the gathering. She conveyed special thanks to the ISHWAR Society & Endolite India Limited for organizing such a camp and for working for the cause of humanity. She was present there for over on hour. She was very impressed with work of ISHWAR. She also interacted with some of amputees. 08 patients were fitted and discharged on 08 JKul.2011 and the rest of the cases were fitted and discharged on 09 Jul.2011. Two P&Os and One Technician had undertaken the fitments.
