ISHWAR Society held Artificial Limb/Caliper Fitment Camp at Ladurahi (Near Baijnath) HP from 08 Jul. to 10 Jul.10 in association with KID, A local NGO for the handicapped. Total no. reported - 24 No. fitted with Prosthesis - 05 No. fitted with Calipers - 12 The balance did not require fitments from ISHWAR Society and were recommended for other treatments / aids from the local authorities. Sh. Gulab Singh Thakur, Honourable Minister, PWD and Revenue, Himachal Pradesh graced the Camp in morning of 10 Jul.2010. He was kind enough to distribute the Artificial Limbs/Calipers to the poor handicapped. He was appreciative of work being done by ISHWAR Society.
